BUSY week in AI huh? As always I suppose.

We’ve had:

• Opus 4.7

• Claude Design

• ChatGPT Images 2.0

• ChatGPT 5.5

My money is on a Google release next week. Probably an update to NanoBanana to combat the excellent ChatGPT image model…

Last week I asked you what you want from me. How I can help you get through all these major releases and keep up to date with (waves hand) all of this.

So….pretty definitive!

AI News by itself is a no-no.

I get that. Who needs MORE information. Good lord it’s a lot already - you don’t need another email bombarding you with what’s happening. That’s entirely fair!

Guides by itself had a VERY strong offering.

And a mixture of news and guides came out on top.

I realise now that how I asked was a little loosy-goosey. “Both” gave way out, a non-definitive answer. Which isn’t very helpful!

What I’m seeing here though is people wanting primarily guides. But guides that are aligned with the news and what’s happening.

I think this week’s lives/newsletters hit this. But this will be a work in progress as I align everything! Thank you for you patience here.

Here’s the next big Q. And again, any and all feedback super super helpful here!

Amongst the guides would it be useful if I do more Beginner guides? 

So not just “oh there’s a new Claude Code feature” but instead “what the hell is Claude Code and how does one even begin to use it???”

That, but probably with a better title.

What I’ll do is (on quieter release days) loop back and cover AI fundamentals. Guides that will help beginners get orientated and skill up and (I hope!) assist the more advanced to i) reinforce learning and ii) maybe fill in any gaps.

I’m going to be smarter with my poll this time.
