The 30-Hour Challenge

For the past 30 days, I've been building live on stream. One hour every morning. Using Lovable. No hiding, no editing, just raw building with all the mistakes and frustrations.

30 days. 30 hours. One idea.

Some of you have been there every morning, watching me struggle with API connections and cheering when something finally worked, laughing when I broke everything trying to add "just one more feature."

What We Built Together

OK first I’m going to show off what I’ve built. Cause I’m pretty proud of it. Then I’m going to give you FREE access. I’m not selling anything. Hell, it does’t even have paid accounts set up yet! So I’ll show you how to get free access shortly.

Here's what emerged from those 30 hours:

Drop any YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram video URL into the system. It pulls the transcript, analyses the content, and generates multiple lead magnet options that directly relate to what was discussed.

Take this cruise video example from my friend Emma - it’s about visiting the top 27 attractions in the UK via cruise.

Let’s run the video through the tool and see what we get:

Lead magnet options

Sweet. The tool grabs the entire video transcript from Youtube (or TikTok or Instagram) and uses it to come up with potential lead magnets.

Specifically a checklist, a PDF summary guide and a quiz.

Lead magnets are things that we give away to our audience members in exchange for their email address - a way to bring them into our marketing funnel. Basically a bribe!

Let’s go ahead and make a PDF summary of the video:

This summary is valuable to someone who has watched the video. It’s a “takeaway” - a next step. We could also make a checklist from the same video:

Checklist version to make it actionable

You get the idea! Basically a valuable resource to go alongside the video.

And that video in particular got 1M views. Get 2% of them to grab the summary or a checklist and that’s 20,000 emails. Yum.

Most creators have a generic lead magnet like “get my free ChatGPT prompting guide” or “sign up for the newsletter”. Weak sauce.

With this new tool we can make unique lead magnets for every video we put out on Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok. POWERFUL stuff.

I put out 3-8 videos per day everyday. Now I can make lead magnets for EVERY piece of content I release. And turn every piece of content in a lead generating machine.

Oh wait there’s more! We can also spin up a landing page for every lead magnet in a few clicks. First some configuration (after draft prepped by AI obviously!):

Then one click to deploy a landing page to capture emails and deliver the lead magnet. The whole process takes about 60 seconds.

Pretty cool huh!?

“But I don’t create content”

What if you don’t make content or collect leads?

Well……..we can be a bit sneaky.

I’ve built this so it can grab videos from ANY creator. Not just your own.

So your play is this:

generate lead magnets for creators. This takes you 2 minutes.
send them over free
say “hey do you want lead magnets for every single one of your videos?”
charge a retainer to deliver

Easy business right there running this as an agent/freelancer. Content creators need this. They just don't know it yet. Position yourself as their "Email List Growth Specialist" using this tool (once we fix it together, more on this in a mo).

£1,000/month per creator to turn their video library into email subscribers. Ten clients = £10k monthly recurring. Yes please.

The Reality of 30-Hour Software

OK now to my big ask!

I'm not going to pretend this is polished. You watched me build it. You saw me held together by coffee and determination at hour 27.

This is 30 hours of development. Not 30 days. Just 30 actual hours of vibe coding. And talking to you guys. And maybe several hours of that was me patiently telling people that no I don’t have a Sora 2 code please stop asking.

That means:

The UI looks like I designed it (I did)
Error messages are sometimes just "Something went wrong"
The quiz generator occasionally has an existential crisis
Landing pages might look like they're from 2003
Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes it doesn't work at all

But here's what's amazing - even with all that, it actually works. Most of the time. Sort of…

Why I Need You

I built this in public for a reason. Not just for accountability, but because I wanted you to be part of this from day one.

You've seen every line of code. You know exactly what this tool can and can't do. You know where I cut corners to make the hour deadline.

Now I need you to test it. Really test it.

For the beta test I’m giving everyone 50 credits for free. That’s $20+ worth just to play around with and make a mess.

Break things. Find edge cases I never considered. Upload videos in languages I don't speak. Try to generate lead magnets from cooking videos, gaming streams, podcasts about obscure topics.

All I ask is that when you find something that goes wrong you tell me! I’ve added a feedback form on the page where you can tell me what’s broken.

Also, find a good bug? More credits. Find something that makes me question my life choices? Even more! I’ll gift you credits for helping me out basically, on top of the 50 free credits for the beta.

And again, I’m not charging anyone anything yet. I literally can’t - there’s no checkout or Stripe integration!
