Roundup: Selling without Selling — Free Readers Issue

Hey Prompt Entrepreneur,

Next week is the FINAL Playbook.

There are going to be some big changes around here.

Over the last 2 years I’ve written 108 Playbooks.

Each around 5000-6000 words. Some 600,000+ words.

War and Peace? 587,000. Tolstoy is a scrub.

Les Misérables? 530,000. Don’t make me laugh Hugo.

Stephen King’s uncut version of The Stand? 500,000. A joke.

Slackers. The lot of ‘em.

I’m changing gears. Why now? Couple of reasons.

First, up more information doesn’t lead to action. I want you all using my guides. And chucking 600,000 words at you and yelling “think fast” isn’t helpful. It’s TOO much.

Second, I’m running out of topics. Each week I sit down to write about the intersection of AI and business and find that I’ve covered most of the core topics. Sure we could go down rabbits holes into more complex and advanced areas but that’s not helpful for the majority.

Third, reading is not cool anymore. This one is a hard pill to swallow. Probably because I’m a book nerd… but the majority of people prefer to get their information through other formats. Mainly video. The open rates and reading completion of the Playbooks has over time decreased - and I don’t blame ya! It’s a LOT to get through.

So. Coming out of the Summer holidays there’s going to be a shift.

The focus is going to be on:

• quality over quantity

• action over information

• video over text

Specifically every week I’ll produce an in-depth guide. Like right now. But the delivery will be different.

It’ll be one in-depth video guide (10+ minutes).

And one weekly email with the written implementation guide to go along with it. How to actually get the information applied in your business.

The plan being to push action rather than inundate with MORE information.

This will be in addition to the Daily AI with Kyle News Update. This is a Live show every morning at 10am UK time which then gets converted into a daily news update to help you keep on top of what on earth is going on.

Over the next few weeks as we make the transition there will be changes as we work out what exactly works best for all of you. So I’ll be doing a lot more surveys trying to gauge if we’re on the right track. Any and all feedback is extremely welcome.

Personally: I’m super excited. A new format let’s me get a lot more creative with what we cover. And with a focus on action action action I’m hoping to get even more people finally started in AI entrepreneurship.

Next week will be the final Playbook (Week 10!) of our AI Summer Camp as per usual and then we’ll be shifting in the new format.
