The numbers. Always interesting. Here are mine with my AI education business,.

First $1: took 3 months of building and grinding. Finally sold something, anything, to prove it could work. Pure experimentation with no promise of return.

First £1,000: about another month once I had momentum. That first sale broke the seal.

First £10,000: 2 months later. The foundation was built, now it was about stacking revenue streams.

First £100,000: 3 more months after that. Multiple streams all feeding the same core business.

Now? I regularly turn £100K months. Not on autopilot (I wish) but with less effort than you’d assume.

To make £100,000 in a month isn’t about working 100,000 times harder than when I made my first pound. Thankfully! Instead we do it by building on our foundation and stacking revenue streams.

The foundation you've built over these 49 days? It's not just distribution for one product. It's infrastructure for an entire business ecosystem that can scale to serious cash.

The Revenue Stacking Framework

Revenue grows not by working harder, but by stacking streams that all support each other. We can be strategic about it. Here’s one pathway:

Level 1: Content + Core Product . This is where you are right now. Your content attracts people, your core product converts them. This is where everyone starts. You've got this foundation built after 49 days.

Level 2: Core + Recurring Your core product becomes the entry point to recurring revenue. This creates predictable income and lead generation for higher ticket offers.

Level 3: Add High-Ticket Services Slap on consulting, implementation, done-for-you services for your best customers. Same expertise, premium pricing for personalised delivery. £1000-5000+ per client instead of £20/month.

Level 4: Teaching & Corporate Scale your expertise through workshops, corporate training, and teaching others to deliver your methodology. Basically scaling up the ladder of providing your expertise.

Remember that this is all built on your industry experience. That’s where we started. And where we are delivering value ultimately. There are many ways to deploy this - products, services, consulting, teaching, content and more. It all stems from the same core of value.

And each level builds on the previous one. You're not starting over - you're adding layers that all reinforce your core business. It’s not random accretion but instead about delivering that same value but in lots of different formats.

Also - and this is a reminder from earlier in the AI Summer Camp - this isn't about what YOU want to build. It's about what YOUR MARKET wants to buy. Remember this! The market decides what they'll pay for, not you. Just as relevant as we start to scale up.

Fast Cash Injection Strategy

You're at a great inflection point right now. You've built an audience around AI and your specific industry. You have expertise. You understand problems and solutions relevant to the industry. Super valuable intel.

There’s a way you can immediately make good cash from this. Like…very good cash.

You can go directly into companies in your industry and give AI workshops. The pay is $1000/hour ++ for your time but more importantly it opens up more avenues for your business.

I'll be honest - I'm biased here! Teaching is what I do, and it's transformed my business. But let me show you why it works so well:

Teaching creates immediate cash injection. $1000+ per hour for workshops whilst your other revenue streams are still growing. The most I’ve charged is ~$4000 for an hours work - my normal rate is $1500-2000/hour. Cash like this gives you breathing room and runway to build everything else properly. You aren’t in scarcity mode any more once you can make your income in a couple hours a month.

Teaching opens doors faster than anything else. When you're known as someone who teaches AI to your industry, opportunities find you. Partnerships, speaking gigs, consulting contracts.

Teaching builds authority automatically. People assume teachers know more than practitioners. Your expertise gets amplified just by teaching it. When you go and teach at a company you become their “AI guy” and the first port of call for follow up work.

Teaching generates sales. Off the back of being an educator you’ll naturally make more sales of your core product. Especially if you build a sales hook directly into the education (see the prompt below).

Create a workshop structure that includes:

1. WORKSHOP POSITIONING:
   - Workshop title that attracts your ideal client
   - 2-3 sentence description that creates urgency
   - Clear promise of what they'll achieve in 60 minutes

2. CONTENT STRUCTURE:
   - Opening: Problem agitation (10 minutes)
   - Core teaching: 3 key insights they can implement immediately (30 minutes)
   - Case study/demonstration: Proof it works (10 minutes)
   - Next steps: Clear path to your core offering (10 minutes)

3. LEAD GENERATION DESIGN:
   - How this workshop qualifies prospects for your main offer
   - Specific calls-to-action that feel natural
   - Follow-up sequence for attendees

4. DELIVERY LOGISTICS:
   - Platform recommendations for hosting
   - Pricing strategy for first workshop
   - How to promote to your existing audience

5. SCALING PATHWAY:
   - How to turn this into corporate training
   - Ways to create train-the-trainer opportunities
   - Revenue potential at different scales

Make this specific to their industry and directly connected to their core business offering.

This specific workshop will bridge the gap between teaching and selling your core product. But you can also get paid to go and teach the workshop itself. You get paid to sell! We like that!
