Well then!

2026 disappeared pretty quickly eh??

We’re rounding out to the end of the year and into the frankly obscenely futuristic sounding 2027.

As the year draws to its conclusion it’s tempting to sorta give up and ride the rest of the year out. Start again in 2027.

Resist that. Do the opposite of what’s normal.

Instead it’s time to build momentum and hit 2027 running.

For me this has been a few things.

First up, I’ve started doing pilates.

Why? Honestly, my mum’s been doing it for years and it MUCH fitter and stronger than everyone around her. Makes sense to copy what works.

I’m the only guy in the class, surrounded by 20-something age Cypriot women.

And by the end of the class I’m basically a teary, sweating mess of a human - hobbling home.

But guess what? It’s getting easier. As the calendar turns to 2027 I shall be on the way to becoming a pilates princess! 😆 

Did I wait until Jan 2027 to make this shift? No.

Second, in business too we’re making moves. Just hired a 5-figure mentor to help take us to the next level. To build better and more amazing stuff for you.

More to come on this.

This means some big changes. Ending some comfortable habits, breaking what is comfortable and instead embracing risk to move ahead.

Normally this would be the sort of thing you do in the New Year.

Did I wait until Jan 2027 to make this shift? No.

It’s so tempting to just sorta ride out the rest of the year. Wait until the New Year, New You moment.

I’m going to ask a difficult question though. Those New Years resolutions from Jan 2026…

Did you do them? Truthfully?

If not why not?

Life gets in the way. It has that habit.

No instead if you’ve decided to make a change in your life then make a change in your life. Just do the damn thing. There isn’t a ‘better’ time. You can’t get more ‘ready’. You either do the damn thing or don’t.

In the same spirit we’re closing out the AI Workshop Kit for the year. Donezo until 2027.

We start on Tuesday and that’s the last cohort until next year.
