How To Make $2,000 An Hour With AI Without Coding
The skinny on what's happening in AI - straight from the previous live session:
Highlights
🤖 OpenAI's Agent Builder: RIP Zapier, Make, and Every Automation Startup?
OpenAI's dropping their Agent Builder at Dev Day - a drag-and-drop canvas for building agentic workflows with native integrations to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Teams, and MCP connectors for everything else. No more stitching together 10 different tools with duct tape. One smooth canvas, native to OpenAI. Yes please!

Kyle's take: It’s overplayed to say that a particular tool has killed off the competition. It’s the mainstay of clickbaity tweets and posts. But…in this case…yeah, it could be true!
This is going to demolish entire categories of startups. Why pay for Zapier when OpenAI gives you the same thing natively integrated with GPT?
I've personally been using Make, n8n, and various APIs like patchwork - I'm moving everything to this immediately.
The downstream effects will be brutal: automation tools lose their monopoly, indie apps get replaced by indie agents, and every chatbot/customer service startup just became obsolete. If I worked at any of these companies, I'd be updating my CV right now…

📹 Mr Beast: "AI Video Will Destroy Millions of Creator Livelihoods"
Mr Beast finally realised AI video is actually good now: "When AI videos are just as good as normal videos, I wonder what that'll do to YouTube and the millions making content for a living. Scary times."
I talked to Mark Zuckerberg and Meta's AI team about this.
In my opinion, we have two paths forward:
1. All-in on AI slop - multiple accounts, massproduce content across different personalities
2. Double down on authentic content - community, streaming, personal stories,

Kyle's take: We've moved from the "laugh at AI" phase to the "fight AI" phase. For the last couple of years it’s been easy to dismiss AI, especially video (remember Will Smith eating spaghetti?” Easy to laugh off. That’s over now. And that’s scary for a lot of people. We’ve moved from laughing to fighting.

He didn’t actually say this but hey it’s a cool quote!
And the market for content creators? It’s going to bifurcate completely. Rowan from Rundown AI nailed it: either go all-in on AI slop with server farms mass-producing content, or double down on authentic human content. Everything in the mediocre middle dies.
It's Walmart vs Whole Foods - 80-90% will consume personalised AI content, but there will be a luxury market for real humans with real curated experiences. We're at the splitting point. Content creators who don't pick a side are toast.

💸 Deloitte's $440K AI Hallucination Scandal
Deloitte has to refund the Australian government after their AU$440,000 compliance report was found riddled with AI hallucinations. They didn't just have fake references - when caught, they replaced them with MORE fake references. The government called it a "human intelligence problem." (Brutal)

Whoopsie.
Kyle's take: This is what happens when consultants charge half a million dollars but don't put human eyeballs on AI output. The irony is perfect - these firms are pivoting to AI consulting to stay relevant while simultaneously proving they can't use AI properly themselves…
And at the same time they are teaching enterprises to use tools that will eventually replace the whole purpose of consultancy and advisory services.. It's corporate suicide with extra steps. But I guess the current execs just want to make it to retirement and collect their cash - damned with the future of the company itself.
Deloitte just made their entire global operation look like muppets because their Australian office couldn't be bothered to fact-check their AI slop.

🎫 How to Get Sora 2 Access (Without Begging for Codes)
Good lord people! My Lives are currently 80% “sora code plz”, “bro give sora”, “need sore code now”.
Since everyone's desperate for Sora codes, here's how to actually get in:
US/Canada: Download app → back out of invite screen → click "use different account" → login with Gmail/Apple linked to ChatGPT. No code needed - ta-da!
Outside US: VPN to America → go to sora.chatgpt.com/explore → enter code from Discord/Reddit megathreads (see my Youtube for details on these)
Finding codes: OpenAI Discord #sora-codes channel or r/OpenAI megathread - be FAST, they're gone in seconds
Member Question: "Surely if we wait a bit, Sora will be available in the UK?"
Kyle's response: Yes absolutely. It’s mainly a matter of how long you want to wait.
Right now Sora is only officially available in the US and Canada. With the first Sora, we waited a few months before the release in the EU and the UK. US launch was December 2024 and we got it in the UK and EU around February. We may see a similar delay as its aligned with the EU AI Act.
So the workarounds (above) are a way to get it earlier.
Of course if you don’t really care about Sora then absolute wait until it’s freely available to give it a go!
